The Lockwood Valley Public Safety Fund exists to support and serve the Lockwood Valley community by strengthening emergency services, promoting public safety, preparing our community for emergencies, and bringing together residents, volunteers, businesses, and community partners to build a safer and more resilient future.
We believe public safety is a shared responsibility. By working together, we can provide resources, training, equipment, education, and volunteer support that benefit the entire community while ensuring our firefighters and emergency responders have what they need to protect others.
We help provide equipment, training, technology, and resources that strengthen emergency response capabilities throughout Lockwood Valley.
The Fund supports programs that improve the community's ability to respond to wildfires, storms, medical emergencies, extended power outages, and other emergencies.
The Fund promotes educational programs that improve the safety of residents of all ages.
Strong communities recover faster. The Fund works to connect residents, volunteers, businesses, and emergency responders through events that strengthen trust and community involvement.
Volunteer emergency responders donate countless hours serving the community. The Fund helps ensure they have access to resources, recognition, and support.
The Fund pursues grants, donations, sponsorships, and fundraising opportunities that directly improve public safety throughout Lockwood Valley.
The Fund partners with local businesses, civic organizations, schools, nonprofits, and residents to identify needs, develop solutions, and improve public safety throughout the region.
The Fund may support projects that improve the long-term safety, preparedness, and resilience of Lockwood Valley.
Everything we do should answer one question: “Will this make Lockwood Valley a safer, stronger, and more prepared community?” If the answer is yes, it aligns with our mission.
Valley neighbors organize the first volunteer fire company to protect Lockwood and the San Antonio Valley.

Make a difference in Lockwood.
Real training. Real team. Real impact. No experience? No problem — training is provided. The valley needs neighbors who care: on the hose line, at the pancake griddle, or keeping the books.
Be the difference. Join the team.
Posting policy. Minutes are posted here as PDF within seven days of adoption by the Board. Draft minutes are not published. Certified copies of any record — bylaws, policies, filings, and adopted minutes — are available on written request to the Secretary at P.O. Box 202, Lockwood, CA 93932.
Maintained by the Secretary pursuant to Article X of the Bylaws.
Our valley is a long way from the nearest city. When something burns or someone goes down, the response comes from the stations on Jolon Road and the neighbors who staff and support them.
Signing up costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It puts you on the list — we’ll reach out when the Fund is ready to accept gifts, and you’ll be first to know what the money bought.
Every sale goes to the same place every donation goes: gear and training for the crews that cover this valley. Check Merch updates in the donor sign-up and you’ll hear the day the first run drops.
